Ingredients include Gelatin, Calcium Carbonate, Glycine, Magnesium, Hydroxproline, Arginine, Zinc, Lysine, Leucine, Niacin, Sulfur, Enteroccoccus faecium, Latobacillus acidophilus, and Lactobacillus casei.
